Drink Aloe Vera Juice
Drink a half a cup of aloe Vera juice twice a day and see the difference.
Keep Your Colon Clean
Keeping your colon clean is essential in order to remove toxins from the body. You can accomplish this by taking the herb amalaki, 1/2 – 1 teaspoon daily, or in powder form just orally. Take it before you sleep, and wash it down with warm water.
Use Omega 3 And 6 Fiber
Omega fiber has a mucilaginous bulking agent, providing both soluble and insoluble fiber to aid regular bowl movement. The flax seed meal in omega fiber works in two ways:
- – The mucilage is an excellent bulking agent making the stools more voluminous providing mechanical stimulation of the bowel.
- – The oily constituent of the flax seed provides a lubricating action.
- – Omega Fiber contains high levels of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium. It contains high level of soluble fiber that is reported to help reduce blood cholesterol and incidence of colon cancer.
Apply Melon
Rub some melon on the skin at bedtime, and leave it on overnight. It’s cooling quality will help heal acne. It also makes the skin soft.
Get Enough Iron In Your diet
If your skin looks sallow, it may be sign of anemia. Drink some carrot juice and cooked beets.

Breathing Exercise
Breathing through the left nostril only, 5-10 minutes, will help to reduce heat effect in body ( breathing through left nostril is called Moon breath and is said to be cooling, right nostril breathing is called sun breathe and has heating effect ) . Simple cover the right nostril with your thumb, and breathe normally through the left side. iIf the nostril is blocked, don’t force it .
Halasana ( the plough pose)
Lie flat on the back with the arms straight and beside the body, palms facing downwards. Keeping the legs straight, slowly raise them to the vertical position above the body. Only use the stomach muscles to raise the legs. Do not use the arms. Simultaneously, bend the trunk upward, hip first. Slowly lower the legs over the hesd and touch the floor with toes of both feet. keep the legs straight, bend the arms and place the hands on the back as in sarvangasana. Relax the body. Remain the final pose for a comfortable period of time.
Sarvangasana ( The shoulder stand position )
Lie flat on the back with feet together, arms by the sides and palms flat on the ground. using the arms as a lever, raise the legs and back to a vertical position. Bend the elbows and use the arms as a props to steady the back by pressing it with the palms. The trunk and legs should extend straight upward, forming a right angle with the neck, the chest pressing the chin.
Vipareeta Karani Mudra ( the inverted attitude )
The method is the same as for sarvangasana, except the chin is not pressed against the chest in the final pose. The trunk is held at a 45 degree angle to the ground instesd of at a right angle.
Instructions For Yoga
This asana is very similar to sarvangasana in all respects . It is easier and is recommended for beginners and persons with a stiff neck who are unable to perform sarvangasana. This posture is also used as kriya yoga.
